LiveOne Inc. (NASDAQ: LVO) announced preliminary financial results for its third fiscal quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The music and entertainment technology platform expects year-to-date fiscal 2026 revenue of more than $57.9 million and third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue exceeding $19.9 million.
The company anticipates third-quarter fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA of more than $1.0 million, representing approximately 200% quarter-over-quarter growth. LiveOne achieved a 52% year-over-year reduction in operating expenses and targets a 34% year-over-year headcount reduction by year-end, projected to generate $4 million to $5 million in savings through AI-driven cost optimization.
The company paid off $2.5 million of debt during the period. LiveOne maintains partnerships with Amazon, YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Paramount, DAX, TextNow, Telly and AI partners Listener.com and Intuizi. The company expects to launch three Fortune 500 partnerships by year-end across carrier, retail, and television sectors, with more than 100 potential partnerships in development.
CEO and Chairman Robert Ellin stated the quarter reflects disciplined execution of strategy and progress in streamlining cost structure. The company focuses on operating efficiency and building a scalable platform for sustained growth.
LiveOne noted the preliminary financial results are unaudited and based on management's analysis. The company has not completed its financial statement reporting process for the third fiscal quarter, and its independent accounting firm has not audited or reviewed the preliminary results. The estimates may differ from actual results and are subject to adjustments during the quarter-end closing procedures.
