The company's KT-621, an oral STAT6 degrader, is currently in its BROADEN2 Phase 2b trial for atopic dermatitis, with enrollment expected to complete in 2026 and data anticipated by mid-2027. The company plans to begin a Phase 1 healthy volunteer trial for KT-579, an oral IRF5 degrader, in the first quarter of 2026. Data from this trial is expected in the second half of 2026. KT-579 targets diseases including lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Kymera reported $1.6 billion in cash as of December 31, 2025, providing operating runway into 2029. The company aims to advance at least one new development candidate toward an investigational new drug application for an oral immunology program in 2026.

In partnership programs, KT-485/SAR447971, an oral IRAK4 degrader developed with Sanofi, is expected to enter Phase 1 clinical testing in 2026. The company also maintains a collaboration with Gilead Sciences for an oral CDK2 program targeting cancer treatment.

The FDA granted Fast Track designation to KT-621 for moderate to severe atopic dermatitis treatment in December 2025.
