Kolibri Global Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: KGEI) reported production figures from four wells in its Tishomingo field in Oklahoma, according to a company statement.
The Lovina 9-16-1H, 2H, 3H, and 4H wells, in which Kolibri holds 100% working interest, have completed fracture stimulation and are in various stages of fluid recovery. Over the past four days, the wells averaged production of 571, 643, 416, and 322 barrels of oil equivalent per day respectively, with oil production rates of 473, 523, 339, and 271 barrels per day.
The company noted these wells are producing higher percentages of oil compared to previously drilled wells. Production tubing strings are scheduled to be installed next week.
The Forguson 17-20-3H well, where Kolibri operates with a 46% working interest, has completed fracture stimulation and is expected to begin flowback within days. This well tests the economics of 3,000 acres on the eastern side of the company's acreage.
Drilling operations for the Barnes 6-31-2H and 6-31-3H wells are scheduled to begin August 11, 2025. Kolibri holds a 99.9% working interest in these planned 1.5-mile lateral wells.
"We are thrilled about the high oil percentage of the Lovina wells, which we believe generally leads to higher netbacks for the Company," said Wolf Regener, President and CEO.
The company stated the eastern acreage where the Forguson well is located was not included in its December 31, 2024 reserve report. Kolibri operates energy properties in the United States through various subsidiaries.
