K-Tech Solutions Company Limited (NASDAQ: KMRK) announced a strategic expansion into hunting and outdoor sporting equipment markets, projecting annual revenue of $60 million by fiscal year 2027. The Hong Kong-based company stated this represents a 200% increase over previous benchmarks.

The company plans to manufacture two primary product categories for the U.S. outdoor market. K-Tech expects to ship 800,000 hunting trail cameras annually, offering both cellular connectivity models for areas with network coverage and satellite connectivity variants for remote locations without cellular service.

The second product line consists of hearing protection earmuffs, with projected annual shipments of approximately 2 million units to the U.S. market. These products include both electronic and passive hearing protection devices that utilize the company's audio processing technology.

"Our expansion into the hunting and outdoor sporting sector is a transformative step," the company's Board of Directors stated. "By introducing trail cameras with both cellular and satellite capabilities, we are solving the primary connectivity pain point for outdoor enthusiasts."

K-Tech Solutions previously focused on designing and developing toy products, ranging from plastic toys to electromechanical educational products for infants and preschoolers. The company began operations in 2016 and has primarily served customers in European and North American markets.

The revenue projections and expansion plans constitute forward-looking statements that may differ from actual results due to various factors, according to the company's disclosure.
