Jade Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ: JBIO) announced its 2026 strategic priorities, including anticipated clinical trial milestones for its pipeline of monoclonal antibodies targeting autoimmune diseases.

The company expects interim data from its Phase 1 healthy volunteer trial of JADE101, an anti-APRIL monoclonal antibody, in the first half of 2026. Jade plans to initiate a Phase 2 clinical trial of JADE101 in patients with IgA nephropathy mid-2026, with preliminary data anticipated in 2027.

JADE201, a half-life extended afucosylated anti-BAFF receptor antibody, is expected to advance into a first-in-human study in rheumatoid arthritis patients in the second quarter of 2026, with interim data anticipated in 2027. The randomized, placebo-controlled, single ascending dose trial will evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics.

The company nominated its third development candidate, JADE301, which is currently in preclinical development. A Phase 1 clinical trial for JADE301 is expected to commence in the first half of 2027. Further details on JADE301 are expected to be disclosed in the second half of 2026.

Jade reported approximately $336 million in cash, cash equivalents, and investments as of December 31, 2025, which the company expects will fund operations into the first half of 2028. The company noted this figure is preliminary and has not been audited.

"2026 is expected to be another year of rapid growth for Jade as we advance our pipeline across multiple clinical trials," said Tom Frohlich, Chief Executive Officer of Jade Biosciences.

The company will present at the 44th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on January 15, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. PT. The information is based on a company press release.
