JFB Construction Holdings (NASDAQ: JFB) announced it expects fourth-quarter 2025 revenues to increase 119% compared to the same period in 2024, according to a company statement.

The Lantana, Florida-based real estate development and construction company cited several project milestones achieved during the quarter. Chief Executive Officer Joseph Basile III said the company reached multiple milestones that contributed to the anticipated revenue growth.

Key developments during the quarter included execution of an $18.9 million contract in October for the first phase of high school construction in DeSoto County, Florida. The total contract value reaches $100 million upon completion of all three phases. The company also received approval for an $18.9 million bond to serve as general contractor for the project's first phase.

JFB began vertical construction on 79 townhouses in Port Salerno, Florida, and continued work on a Courtyard Marriott in Olive Branch, Mississippi, where the company holds a 25% ownership interest. The company completed a $44 million private placement, with $34 million allocated for general corporate operating expenses.

Basile indicated the DeSoto County high school project is expected to generate revenue throughout 2026. The company plans to continue working with Building Tomorrow's Schools, a school developer that has coordinated construction of more than 40 schools in Florida.

JFB Construction focuses on hospitality, commercial, industrial, and residential property development. The company provides general contracting and construction management services across 36 U.S. states.
