Interactive Strength Inc. (NASDAQ: TRNR) updated its 2025 financial guidance, projecting fourth-quarter revenue to exceed $4.5 million and full-year pro forma revenue to exceed $20 million, according to a shareholder letter published by the company.
The Austin-based fitness equipment maker reported that its Wattbike Air-Pro product line sold more than 700 units since the July 2025 acquisition, generating approximately $2.5 million in UK commercial revenue. The company said the Air-Pro models showed 25-35% higher utilization compared to legacy models.
TRNR's projected Q4 2025 revenue represents approximately 100% year-over-year growth versus Q4 2024, while the full-year pro forma revenue guidance indicates nearly four times the company's 2024 revenue of approximately $5 million. The company noted these figures are preliminary, unaudited, and subject to change.
Key commercial customers for Wattbike include David Lloyd Clubs, Third Space, Virgin Active, GymBox, and Everlast Gyms, according to the company's statement.
The company also provided an update on enforcement proceedings against Sportstech, stating it has prepared litigation filings and is initiating a public auction for pledged Sportstech shares representing 100% of that company. The auction could occur in February, TRNR said. Sportstech has acknowledged owing $5 million in principal but disputes other elements of the $6.6 million total balance, according to the statement.
"TRNR finished last year with nearly 4x the revenue we had in 2024, by closing an acquisition that's performing strongly and implementing a commercial playbook that's demonstrably working," said CEO Trent Ward in the shareholder letter.
Interactive Strength operates fitness brands including Wattbike, CLMBR, and FORME, offering equipment for both commercial and home use markets.
