Inspire Medical Systems reports preliminary Q4 2025 revenue of $269 million

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. (NYSE: INSP) reported preliminary unaudited revenue of $268.9 million to $269.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, representing approximately 12% growth compared to the same period in 2024.
The medical technology company, which develops treatments for obstructive sleep apnea, anticipates full-year 2025 revenue between $911.8 million and $912.0 million, marking approximately 14% growth over 2024.
For 2026, Inspire provided initial revenue guidance of $1,003 million to $1,013 million, representing 10% to 11% growth over the anticipated 2025 results.
"2025 was a transition year for the company with the launch of the Inspire V system, and momentum grew significantly throughout the second half of the year," said Tim Herbert, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
The company also announced the appointment of Matt Osberg as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 19, 2026. Osberg brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience and previously served as CFO at Apogee Enterprises Inc. and Helen of Troy Ltd.
Herbert noted that the 2026 outlook does not include any contribution from increased reimbursement rates, despite recent reimbursement developments the company views as positive.
The preliminary financial results are based on information available as of the press release date and may change upon completion of year-end processes and the annual audit by the company's independent accounting firm.
