Inspira Technologies reaffirms $49.5 million purchase orders for 2026

Inspira Technologies OXY B.H.N. Ltd. (NASDAQ: IINN) reaffirmed its previously announced binding purchase orders totaling $49.5 million and updated the execution timeline to align with 2026 regulatory and deployment milestones.

The medical device company stated that revenues from these purchase orders are expected to be received and recognized in 2026. Payment activity has been structured to commence with the 2026 fiscal cycle, following coordination with regulatory authorities and institutional funding partners.

The company confirmed that its distribution partner has indicated the purchase orders remain in full force and effect, with the distributor intending to advance the orders toward execution during 2026. The updated schedule reflects regulatory sequencing requirements, technical implementation needs, and coordination of institutional capital allocations supporting deliveries.

Inspira Technologies specializes in advanced respiratory support and real-time blood monitoring solutions. The company's FDA-cleared INSPIRA ART100 system is approved for cardiopulmonary bypass procedures in the U.S. and ECMO procedures outside the U.S. The company is developing the INSPIRA ART500, designed to deliver oxygenation while patients remain awake and breathing spontaneously.
