Inogen Inc. (NASDAQ: INGN) reported preliminary fourth-quarter revenue of approximately $82 million, representing a 2% increase from the previous year, according to a company statement.
The medical technology company expects full-year 2025 revenue of approximately $349 million, reflecting 4% year-over-year growth. The company also anticipates achieving positive adjusted EBITDA for the full year 2025.
Chief Executive Officer Kevin Smith said the fourth quarter reflected strong performance in business-to-business channels but noted a shift in timing of large customer orders into the first half of 2026. "Although this delay relative to expectations is disappointing, our full year results continued to make meaningful progress in executing our business turnaround," Smith stated.
The company launched two products during 2025: the Voxi 5 stationary oxygen concentrator and Aurora Masks for sleep apnea patients in the United States.
Inogen develops respiratory therapy devices for homecare settings, serving patients with chronic respiratory conditions. The company will announce complete fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results on February 24, 2026.
The preliminary revenue figures are unaudited and subject to completion of the company's financial closing procedures.
