InMode expects Q4 2025 revenue of $103.6M-$103.8M, sets earnings date

InMode Ltd. (NASDAQ: INMD) will release its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results before market open on February 10, 2026, the medical technology company announced.

The company provided preliminary revenue expectations for the fourth quarter of 2025 between $103.6 million and $103.8 million. Full year 2025 revenue is expected to range from $370.2 million to $370.4 million, according to the statement.

InMode projects 2026 full year revenue between $365 million and $375 million. The company expects its non-GAAP gross margin for 2025 to be in the range of 78% to 79%, excluding share-based compensation.

The company will host a conference call on February 10, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results. Chief Executive Officer Moshe Mizrahy, Chief Financial Officer Yair Malca, and Chief Technology Officer Dr. Michael Kreindel will participate in the call.

InMode develops and manufactures medical devices using radio frequency technology for plastic surgery, gynecology, dermatology, otolaryngology, and ophthalmology applications. The company is based in Yokneam, Israel.

The preliminary financial results are subject to final adjustments and developments that may arise before the results are finalized, the company noted in its statement.
