ImmunityBio reports 700% revenue growth, expands approvals globally

ImmunityBio Inc. (NASDAQ: IBRX) reported net product revenue of $113 million for 2025, representing approximately 700% growth year-over-year, according to the company's financial results released Monday. The commercial-stage immunotherapy company also reported a 750% increase in unit sales volume for its drug ANKTIVA.
The company's fourth-quarter net product revenue reached $38.3 million, marking a 20% increase from the previous quarter and a 431% increase year-over-year. ANKTIVA is now authorized in 33 countries across four regulatory jurisdictions: the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia's Food and Drug Authority granted the first approval for ANKTIVA in combination with checkpoint inhibitors for treating metastatic non-small cell lung cancer in January 2026. The company plans to launch commercially in Saudi Arabia within 60 days and is pursuing additional regulatory approvals for this indication.
ImmunityBio established commercial partnerships with Accord Healthcare for European distribution, deploying over 100 sales and marketing professionals across 30 countries. The company also partnered with BioPharma & Cigalah for market access in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East North Africa region.
As of December 31, 2025, the company held $242.8 million in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities. The company reported a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $351.4 million for 2025, compared to $413.6 million in 2024.
ANKTIVA received initial FDA approval in April 2024 for treating BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. The drug is protected by patents extending beyond 2035, including U.S. Patent Nos. 9,925,247 and 11,071,774.
