IQSTEL Inc. (NASDAQ: IQST) reported preliminary unaudited revenue of $128.8 million for the first half of 2025, according to a company statement. June revenue reached $27.3 million, up from $23.7 million in May.
The telecommunications and technology company stated it will begin consolidating revenue from its newly acquired subsidiary Globetopper starting July 1, which is expected to add $5 million to $6 million per month in additional revenue.
Based on current performance, IQSTEL projects reaching a $400 million annualized revenue run rate during the third quarter, ahead of its original year-end target. The company maintains its forecast of $340 million in revenue for fiscal year 2025.
"We're pleased with the strong performance in the first half and even more enthusiastic about what lies ahead," said Leandro Iglesias, CEO of IQSTEL. "Historically, the second half of the year delivers even stronger results, and with Globetopper now part of the group, we're confidently on track to reach our $340 million revenue forecast for 2025."
The company has expanded its portfolio with technology products including the recently launched IQ2Call.ai platform. IQSTEL operates in 21 countries with 100 employees, providing services across telecom, fintech, AI-powered telecom platforms, and cybersecurity sectors.
Iglesias noted the company's revenue growth from $13 million in 2018 to nearly $300 million in 2024. IQSTEL has set a target of reaching $1 billion in revenue by 2027 through organic expansion, strategic acquisitions, and AI-powered service offerings.
