IQSTEL releases 2026 shareholder letter with $15 million EBITDA target

IQSTEL Inc. (NASDAQ: IQST) released its 2026 shareholder letter outlining strategic priorities and financial targets for the coming year. The telecom and technology company set a goal to reach a $15 million adjusted EBITDA run rate in 2026.

The company plans to acquire 100% ownership of several strategic telecom subsidiaries to consolidate operations into a single integrated corporation. IQSTEL also intends to migrate most telecom subsidiaries to a unified technological platform to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

IQSTEL currently holds telecom licenses in the United States and Switzerland. The company aims to expand licensing to at least three additional countries in 2026 and complete acquisitions to extend its commercial footprint to six new countries, targeting presence in approximately 30 countries worldwide.

The company reported that fintech services now represent approximately 20% of revenue and EBITDA following the Globetopper acquisition. IQSTEL plans to launch cybersecurity services for the telecom industry in 2026, targeting 5% contribution to bottom-line results. The company also continues developing AI-based solutions for telecom and contact center industries.

IQSTEL distributed its first dividend to shareholders on December 30, 2025. The company stated intentions to implement a yearly dividend policy based on operating performance. The company also plans to initiate quarterly earnings calls with shareholders.

The company operates in 21 countries with 100 employees and forecasts $340 million in revenue for fiscal year 2025. IQSTEL aims to become a $1 billion revenue company by 2027.
