Hyperscale Data reports preliminary Q1 revenue of $43-45 million

Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) announced preliminary first-quarter revenue of $43 million to $45 million for the period ended March 31, 2026, according to a company statement.

The figures represent a 72% to 80% increase compared to approximately $25.0 million in revenue for the first quarter of 2025. The AI data center company expects to release complete financial results in May 2026.

The revenue increase was attributed to contributions from two subsidiaries: Gresham Worldwide, Inc. and Ault Lending, LLC. Gresham contributed approximately $10 million following its emergence from bankruptcy in the fourth quarter of 2025. Ault Lending generated approximately $10 million in revenue during the quarter.

"Our preliminary first quarter results reflect strong execution across our diversified platform, with meaningful contributions from the reemergence of Gresham and continued strength in Ault Lending," said William B. Horne, Chief Executive Officer.

The company noted that revenues from Ault Lending's trading activities include net gains on equity securities and unrealized gains and losses from market price changes, which create volatility in periodic earnings for that segment.

Hyperscale Data operates through its wholly owned subsidiary Sentinum, Inc., which owns and operates a data center for digital asset mining and colocation services. The company also owns Ault Capital Group, Inc., a diversified holding company that it expects to divest in the second quarter of 2027.

The preliminary results are unaudited and may be adjusted during the completion of quarterly financial closing procedures, the company stated.
