Hyperscale Data may raise 2025 revenue guidance above $135 million

Hyperscale Data Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) announced it sees potential to increase its full-year 2025 revenue guidance above the previously anticipated range of $125 million to $135 million, citing growing momentum in its software license business.

The company's wholly owned subsidiary, Ault Capital Group Inc., launched pre-sales of software licenses for the Ault Mining Node Software to support the Ault Blockchain. Within the first month of launch, the affiliate network has expanded to more than 170 individual salespeople across multiple countries.

The Ault Blockchain is expected to become operational by the end of 2025. Ault Capital Group has reported an increase in orders supported by the expanded distribution network.

"Momentum in the development of our Ault Blockchain, coupled with the previously announced expected reconsolidation of Gresham Worldwide, Inc., gives us confidence in both reaffirming our 2025 outlook and recognizing the potential for upside," said William B. Horne, CEO of Hyperscale Data.

The company's Michigan data center continues generating revenue from cryptocurrency mining operations. However, artificial intelligence and high-performance computing services initiatives remain in the infrastructure growth phase, with no significant additional revenue anticipated from the Michigan facility in 2025.

Hyperscale Data currently expects to divest Ault Capital Group in the first quarter of 2026. Following the divestiture, the company will focus on data center operations supporting high-performance computing services and digital asset holdings.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
