Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) issued preliminary financial guidance for the year ending December 31, 2027, projecting revenue of $300 million to $350 million and adjusted EBITDA of $60 million to $80 million, according to a press release dated August 4, 2026.
The company said management's projections are based on three operating platforms: data center, AI infrastructure and robotics; lending, financial services and digital assets; and portfolio companies managed through its hybrid private equity platform.
The data center and AI infrastructure segment includes a Michigan AI data center campus, high-performance computing infrastructure, colocation and hosting services and robotics operations. The financial services segment covers lending, private credit, structured finance, digital asset trading, Bitcoin-related activities and tokenization infrastructure. The portfolio companies segment operates across industrial services, defense technologies and hospitality through its subsidiary Ault Capital Group, Inc.
The company noted it cannot provide a quantitative reconciliation of projected adjusted EBITDA to GAAP net income or loss, citing inability to reasonably estimate future interest expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization, stock-based compensation, impairment charges and changes in fair value of financial instruments.
Key assumptions underlying the guidance include timely deployment of the Michigan data center, availability of sufficient financing, growth in lending operations and the absence of material adverse changes in economic or regulatory conditions.
Hyperscale Data also noted it expects to divest its Ault Capital Group subsidiary in the second quarter of 2027. Following the divestiture, the company said it would operate as an owner of data centers supporting high-performance computing services and a holder of digital assets.
William B. Horne, Chief Executive Officer, stated the guidance is "based on detailed operating forecasts from the Company's principal businesses" and that management intends to provide investors greater visibility into anticipated contributions from major operating platforms.
