Hyperion DeFi maintains 2026 guidance despite partner exits

June 8, 2026 8:02 AM EDT

Hyperion DeFi Inc. (NASDAQ: HYPD) reiterated its full-year 2026 financial guidance following the conclusion of two partnerships, stating the changes will not affect its projected $5 million to $7 million in adjusted gross profit or its goal to achieve break-even operating cash flows by year-end.

The company's partnership with Native Markets, which developed the USDH stablecoin, ended June 3, 2026. This conclusion freed up 300,000 HYPE tokens that Hyperion DeFi can now deploy in other strategies. Felix Markets, a perpetuals exchange that operated HIP-3 markets paired against USDH, announced it will close by June 22, 2026, making an additional 500,000 HYPE tokens available to Hyperion DeFi by June 29, 2026.

The Dallas-based company said the USDH sunset does not materially impact its other partnerships. HYPE serves as the native token of the Hyperliquid blockchain platform, which provides trading infrastructure with 70-millisecond block times for perpetual futures and spot trading.

"We continue to maintain a robust pipeline of client demand across our varied on-chain businesses, and will strategically redeploy the returned HYPE into more profitable strategies and partnerships," said Chief Executive Officer Hyunsu Jung.

Hyperion DeFi describes itself as the first publicly listed U.S. company building on Hyperliquid. The company provides investor access to the Hyperliquid ecosystem through HYPE token exposure and staking yields. As of May 2026, more than 44 million HYPE tokens have been purchased and held by the blockchain using trading fees generated on the network.
