HeartCore expects FY 2025 revenue of $8.5M to $9.5M

HeartCore Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: HTCR) announced preliminary fiscal year 2025 financial results, expecting revenue between $8.5 million and $9.5 million and net income ranging from $3.0 million to $4.0 million.

The Tokyo-based IPO consulting services company reported these unaudited results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The revenue decline reflects the strategic divestiture of its wholly owned subsidiary HeartCore Co., Ltd., completed on October 31, 2025, which removed approximately $7.0 million to $8.0 million in revenue from consolidated results.

Despite lower revenue, HeartCore recorded approximately $7.0 million gain from the subsidiary sale, contributing to improved profitability. The company expects net income of $3.0 million to $4.0 million for fiscal 2025, compared to a net loss of $5.2 million in the prior year.

Revenue breakdown by business segment shows the Software Related Business expected to generate $7.0 million to $7.5 million, while the Go IPO Business is projected at $1.5 million to $2.0 million. As of December 31, 2025, the company has engaged 16 Go IPO clients cumulatively, with five companies currently under active engagement for listing preparation.

The divestiture of HeartCore Japan generated approximately 1.8 billion yen in proceeds. CEO Sumitaka Kanno stated the company is reallocating capital into growth initiatives and focusing on the financial services sector, with plans to expand service offerings and develop new revenue streams beyond Go IPO services.

The company noted that actual results may differ materially due to the ongoing annual audit process and receipt of additional information.
