Guardian Pharmacy Services (NYSE: GRDN) confirmed its 2025 financial guidance and provided preliminary 2026 outlook during a business update at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference.
The long-term care pharmacy services company reiterated its 2025 revenue guidance of $1.43 billion to $1.45 billion and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $104 million to $106 million.
For 2026, Guardian projects revenue between $1.40 billion to $1.42 billion, reflecting the impact of drug pricing reforms under the Inflation Reduction Act and wholesale acquisition cost reductions. The company stated that excluding mandatory drug price reductions, it would have projected high single-digit revenue growth for 2026.
Guardian expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA in the range of $115 million to $118 million, representing approximately 11% year-over-year growth from 2025 guidance. This outlook reflects a structural improvement in adjusted EBITDA margin to above 8%.
"Based on the actions we've taken and the visibility we have today, we expect to continue our low double-digit adjusted EBITDA growth trajectory in 2026," said Fred Burke, President and Chief Executive Officer.
The company completed an acquisition of a single pharmacy location in Montana at year-end, adding a new territory to its platform. Guardian operates over 50 pharmacies nationwide, serving approximately 204,000 residents as of September 30, 2025.
The financial projections are based on company statements made during the conference presentation and press release announcement.
