Genworth (NYSE: GNW) shares have plunged after-hours after a surprise out of the Company.
Genworth said it expects to report a second-quarter loss of 19 to 23 cents per share, about as far away as you can get from the Street consensus calling for EPS of 26 cents per share.
The stock is now down over 9 percent in post-market trading.
