FiEE reports $6 million in annual revenue, first profitable year

FiEE, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIEE) reported preliminary financial results showing net sales of approximately $6 million for the full year ended December 31, 2025, representing an increase of 870.8% year-over-year according to the company's press release.

The technology company reported a gross profit of approximately $5 million for the full year, an increase of 2,506.1% compared to the prior year. FiEE achieved net income of approximately $1 million for 2025, marking a turnaround from previous losses.

For the fourth quarter of 2025, FiEE reported net sales of approximately $4 million, gross profit of approximately $3 million, and net income of approximately $2 million.

"We are pleased with our strong fourth quarter 2025 performance, along with a full-year growth across both sales and profit," said Rafael Li, Chief Executive Officer and President of FiEE. "Supported by our strategic transformation towards SaaS solutions, our net sales recorded an increase of 870.8% year-over-year."

The company, formerly known as Minim, Inc., transitioned to what it calls a "Software First Model" in 2024. FiEE provides cloud-managed connectivity platforms, IoT hardware sales and licensing, SaaS solutions, and professional services.

The preliminary financial results are unaudited and subject to completion of year-end accounting procedures and adjustments. FiEE expects to release final financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 during March 2026.
