Expion360 reports preliminary 2025 revenue of $9.6 million

Expion360 Inc. (NASDAQ: XPON) announced preliminary, unaudited financial results for 2025, reporting expected revenue of approximately $9.6 million compared to $5.6 million in 2024.

The lithium-ion battery company reported preliminary gross profit of approximately $2.2 million for 2025, up from $1.2 million in 2024. The preliminary net loss for 2025 is expected to be approximately $6.2 million, compared to a net loss of $13.5 million in 2024.

Cash balance as of December 31, 2025 is expected to be approximately $3.0 million, compared to $0.5 million as of December 31, 2024.

"With our focus on product sales growth and expanded outreach to OEMs, combined with a recovery in the RV market, we are targeting preliminary unaudited revenue of approximately $9.6 million in 2025," said Joseph Hammer, Chief Executive Officer of Expion360.

The company stated that new initiatives for 2026 include expansion into industrial and construction sectors, development of energy storage solutions for surveillance and monitoring applications, and implementation of a technology improvement roadmap.

Expion360 noted that the preliminary financial results are estimates based on information available as of the press release date and are subject to revision. The estimates may differ materially from actual results due to completion of year-end accounting procedures and adjustments.

The company, headquartered in Redmond, Oregon, manufactures lithium iron phosphate batteries for recreational vehicles, marine applications, and industrial uses. Its products are distributed through more than 300 dealers, wholesalers, and original equipment manufacturers.
