Electrovaya Inc. (NASDAQ: ELVA) announced preliminary unaudited revenue of approximately $20 million for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2025, according to a company statement. The lithium-ion battery manufacturer said this represents a quarterly record and approximately 72% year-over-year growth.
For the full fiscal year 2025, the company estimates revenue reached approximately $64 million, marking an annual record with roughly 43% year-over-year growth. The preliminary results exceeded the company's internal guidance by more than 5%.
The quarterly revenue primarily came from battery system deliveries for the material handling sector, with additional contributions from battery modules for a construction vehicle original equipment manufacturer in Japan and multiple robotic application customers.
Electrovaya noted that deliveries during the quarter included core material handling battery system products as well as initial deliveries of robotic battery products.
The Toronto-based company expects to release its complete audited financial statements for fiscal 2025 in the first half of December 2025. The preliminary results are based on an initial review of operations and remain subject to change following completion of year-end closing procedures and the audit process.
Electrovaya designs, develops and manufactures lithium-ion batteries and battery systems for energy storage and heavy-duty electric vehicles. The company operates facilities in Canada and has acquired a manufacturing site in New York state for planned production expansion.
