Docebo raises 2026 guidance after strong first quarter results

Docebo Inc. (NASDAQ: DCBO) reported preliminary first-quarter results that exceeded expectations and raised its full-year 2026 financial guidance.

The learning platform company expects first-quarter revenue between $65.4 million and $65.6 million, representing a 14.3% increase from $57.3 million in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA is projected between $10.8 million and $11.0 million, up 22.5% from $8.9 million in the prior-year quarter.

Annual Recurring Revenue reached $248.9 million as of March 31, 2026, a 10.6% increase from $225.1 million a year earlier. The company noted that foreign exchange effects negatively impacted ARR by $1.4 million during the quarter.

Docebo's largest OEM customer now represents 3.2% of ARR, down from 9.4% in the previous year. Excluding this customer and adjusting for acquisitions and foreign exchange impacts, ARR grew approximately 13.7% year-over-year.

The company raised its 2026 full-year guidance across key metrics. Total revenue guidance increased to $271.0 million to $273.0 million from the previous range of $267.5 million to $269.5 million. Subscription revenue guidance rose to $253.5 million to $255.5 million from $251.5 million to $253.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was raised to $54.5 million to $56.5 million from $52.5 million to $54.5 million.

"Our performance reflects both disciplined execution and growing demand for our AI workforce readiness platform as organizations prioritize workforce readiness in an increasingly complex operating environment," said CEO Alessio Artuffo.

The preliminary results are subject to completion of the company's regular financial closing procedures. Docebo plans to report complete first-quarter results on May 8, 2026.
