DigitalOcean chief product officer to resign November 26

DigitalOcean Holdings Inc. (NYSE: DOCN) announced that Bratin Saha will resign from his position as Chief Product and Technology Officer effective November 26, 2025.
Saha notified the company on November 20 of his intent to leave to pursue other opportunities. The company stated that his departure was mutually agreed upon and is not the result of any disagreement with DigitalOcean regarding operations, policies, or practices.
The cloud infrastructure company reaffirmed its financial guidance for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2025, as previously provided in its third quarter earnings release dated November 5, 2025.
The information was disclosed in a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
