Digital Brands Group Inc. (NASDAQ: DBGI) announced revenue guidance of $55 million to $65 million for 2026, with projected free cash flow of $2.5 million to $3.5 million, according to a company statement.
The Austin-based apparel and e-commerce company also provided guidance for the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, projecting revenue of $100 million to $115 million and free cash flow of $10 million to $12 million.
The company attributed the forecasts to its collegiate licensing program and apparel licensing agreement with Global Combat Collective supporting existing U.S. program deliveries. Digital Brands Group stated its collegiate licensing program has expanded from two universities in December 2025 to 16 at the end of April 2026.
The company plans to limit partnerships to no more than 30 universities and has announced a partnership with influencer Katie Feeney for product releases tied to football games and sporting events.
"We are excited to continue to add more universities to our NIL strategic initiative, which we believe clearly shows the success and traction we are creating for student athletes, students, alumni and universities," said Chief Executive Officer Hil Davis.
Digital Brands Group recently executed an apparel licensing program through Global Combat Collective with potential aggregate contract value of up to $125 million. The company expects to receive initial purchase orders by June.
