Digi Power X targets 50 MW AI infrastructure deployment for 2026

Digi Power X Inc. (NASDAQ: DGXX) announced plans to deploy up to 50 MW of AI-focused infrastructure during 2026, according to a shareholder letter from Chief Executive Officer Michel Amar.
The company completed design and build-out of its ARMS 200 modular data center pod in 2025, which is expected to begin deployment in the first quarter of 2026 at its Alabama facility. The ARMS 200 features Tier-3 architecture with dual-path power redundancy and modular scalability starting at 1 MW.
Digi Power X secured power capacity across multiple locations during 2025, including 123 MW in North Tonawanda, New York, 18.7 MW in Buffalo, and 70 MW in Alabama. The company also has 200 MW available for future development in North Carolina, with AI data center deployment targeted for 2028-2029.
The company appointed Jagan Jeyapaul as Chief Technology Officer, joining from Oracle. Jeyapaul will oversee ARMS 200 deployment and development of the company's NeoCloudz GPU-as-a-Service platform.
Digi Power X expects to end 2025 with cash and liquidity exceeding $100 million and no long-term debt. The company reported year-to-date capital expenditures of approximately $13.5 million focused on infrastructure and AI readiness.
The company stated it is in advanced negotiations with customers for 2026 covering AI data center colocation and GPU-as-a-Service offerings, though noted there is no guarantee such contracts will be finalized.
