Dexcom reports Q4 revenue of $1.26 billion, provides 2026 outlook

DexCom Inc. (NASDAQ: DXCM) reported preliminary fourth quarter revenue of approximately $1.260 billion, representing a 13% increase from the same period in 2024, according to a company statement.

U.S. revenue reached approximately $892 million, up 11% year-over-year, while international revenue totaled approximately $368 million, an 18% increase from the fourth quarter of 2024.

For fiscal 2025, the medical device company reported preliminary total revenue of approximately $4.662 billion, a 16% increase over 2024. The company reiterated its 2025 non-GAAP gross profit margin guidance of approximately 61% and non-GAAP operating margin guidance of 20-21%.

"We are pleased to finish 2025 on a strong note with revenue exceeding the high end of our guidance and the initial launch of our latest sensor technology with the G7 15 Day system," said Jake Leach, Dexcom's president and CEO.

For 2026, Dexcom anticipates total revenue between $5.16 billion and $5.25 billion, representing expected growth of 11-13% over 2025. The outlook factors in sensor volume growth driven by increasing continuous glucose monitoring awareness for people with diabetes, continued rollout of Stelo, further international expansion, and overall market dynamics.

The company estimates 2026 non-GAAP gross profit margin of approximately 63-64% and non-GAAP operating margin of approximately 22-23%.

Dexcom will report audited fourth quarter and fiscal 2025 financial results on February 12, 2026, after market close, followed by a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
