Day One Biopharmaceuticals reports 2025 revenue of $155.4 million

Day One Biopharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: DAWN) reported preliminary 2025 net product revenue of $155.4 million for its cancer drug OJEMDA, representing 172% year-over-year growth, according to a company statement.

The Brisbane, California-based biopharmaceutical company recorded fourth-quarter 2025 OJEMDA net product revenue of approximately $52.8 million, reflecting 37% quarter-over-quarter growth. Prescription volumes increased to 1,394 during the fourth quarter.

Day One projected 2026 OJEMDA U.S. net product revenue between $225 million and $250 million, representing 53% year-over-year growth at the midpoint. The company had approximately $441.1 million in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments as of December 31, 2025, prior to its acquisition of Mersana Therapeutics.

OJEMDA is approved for treating relapsed or refractory pediatric low-grade glioma. The company plans to complete enrollment in its Phase 3 FIREFLY-2 clinical trial for first-line pediatric low-grade glioma in the first half of 2026, targeting a mid-2027 data readout.

Day One also outlined development plans for pipeline programs including Emi-Le, acquired through the Mersana transaction, and DAY301. The company expects to deliver Phase 1 clinical data for Emi-Le by mid-2026 and initial data from the Phase 1a trial for DAY301 in the second half of 2026.

Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Bender will present at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on January 12 at 5:15 p.m. PT. The company expects to release full financial results for 2025 in February 2026. The preliminary revenue and cash figures are unaudited and subject to adjustment.
