Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) updated its preliminary fiscal year 2025 revenue estimate to $38 million to $40 million, representing an increase of approximately 30% from its prior estimate of $30 million, according to a company statement.

The Philadelphia-based data monetization and tokenization technology company attributed the revenue growth to customer tech-licensing fees and its Data Science Group's tokenization and monetization services. At the midpoint of $39 million, the estimated fiscal 2025 revenue represents approximately 1,300% growth year-over-year.

The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 revenue target of $200 million, which would represent a year-over-year increase of 400% to 440% if achieved.

"Exceeding our earlier FY 2025 revenue estimate by 30%, at the midpoint, while maintaining our ambitious $200 million target for FY 2026 reflects both the mission-critical nature of our platform and the operational leverage we've built," said Nate Bradley, Datavault AI CEO.

Bradley noted that 2025 was marked by new customer wins across various industries, with many customers initially testing enterprise AI, asset tokenization and monetization services. The company expects high rates of customer retention in 2026 and anticipates increased engagement levels from existing customers.

Datavault AI plans to report its audited 2025 financials to the SEC next month. The company noted that its independent auditor has not reviewed or audited these preliminary estimated financial results, and actual results may differ materially from the preliminary figures.

The updated preliminary financial results are based on currently available information for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
