"Our team executed well to deliver a solid finish to 2025. We were especially pleased with continued strength in Bioprocessing and better-than-expected Life Sciences and Diagnostics revenue in the fourth quarter," Blair stated in the announcement.

The presentation will be webcast on Danaher's website under the "Investors" section. The company will hold its quarterly earnings conference call for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 on January 28, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET.
