DBGI Corp. (NASDAQ: DBGI) issued third-quarter 2026 revenue guidance of $8.5 million to $11 million, alongside a forecast of positive net income, according to a press release from the Austin, Texas-based company.
The projected figures represent a 500% to 650% year-over-year increase in revenue. The company reported a net loss of $3.5 million in Q3 of the prior year.
The company attributed the forecast to two developments: an expansion of collegiate licensing from 1 to 18 universities, and a government contract covering an initial deployment across three cities.
The guidance does not include an additional $8 million to $9 million in revenue and $3 million in net income from seven other cities included in the deployment program. The company said those contributions were delayed due to a government shutdown.
The company said a Q4 rollout expanding to four to seven cities is expected to add $8 million to $9 million in revenue and more than $3 million in net income.
"Our shift toward collegiate licensing and government contracts is scaling rapidly and profitably," said Hil Davis, CEO of Digital Brands Group. "This transition proves our new high-margin model is the right strategy to drive sustainable growth and creating both short and long-term shareholder value."
DBGI Corp. describes itself as an apparel company operating through direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.
