Cytek Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ: CTKB) announced preliminary revenue results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, according to a press release statement.
The cell analysis solutions company expects total revenue for full year 2025 to reach approximately $201 million. Fourth quarter revenue of approximately $62 million represents 8% growth compared to the fourth quarter of 2024 and 19% growth compared to the third quarter of 2025.
"Our fourth quarter revenue growth over the prior year represents a meaningful acceleration of growth compared to the prior quarters in 2025 and reflects a continuation of positive trends we saw emerging in the third quarter," said Dr. Wenbin Jiang, CEO of Cytek Biosciences.
The company reported growth trends including continued strength in services, reagents and Asia Pacific instrument revenue, along with improved instrument revenue growth in the US and Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. The company noted a return to positive growth in instrument sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa during the fourth quarter.
The preliminary financial results are unaudited and have not been reviewed by the company's independent registered public accounting firm. Actual revenue may differ from estimates due to completion of year-end closing and auditing procedures.
Cytek plans to report complete financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 during an earnings call expected near the end of February 2026. The company will also provide 2026 financial guidance at that time.
Cytek will present at the 44th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco on January 14, 2026.
