Cosmos Health issues 2026-2029 guidance targeting $200m revenue by 2029

Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) announced financial guidance projecting revenue growth to $200.6 million by 2029, representing a 207% increase from $65.3 million in 2025. The diversified healthcare company expects to achieve profitability in 2027.

The guidance includes gross profit expanding to $71.2 million by 2029, up from $7.9 million in 2025, with gross margins improving from 12.1% to 35.5%. Net income is projected to reach $31.0 million by 2029, compared to a net loss of $19.1 million in 2025.

Cosmos Health expects adjusted EBITDA to grow from negative $3.4 million in 2025 to $44.2 million by 2029. Operating cash flow is projected to turn positive in 2027 at $11.9 million and increase to $24.0 million by 2029.

The company anticipates cash and cash equivalents rising to $62.9 million by 2029 from $3.5 million in 2025. All convertible notes are expected to be repaid, with stockholders' equity projected to increase 402% to $92.3 million.

Chief Executive Officer Greg Siokas stated the company is targeting higher-margin proprietary products and business segments. The growth strategy includes expanding pharmaceutical distribution, U.S. nutraceutical commercialization, international expansion of Sky Premium Life products, and contract manufacturing scale-up at Cana Laboratories.

The company operates through multiple segments including pharmaceutical distribution via Cosmofarm, manufacturing through Cana Laboratories, and proprietary products including the 18 Series nutraceuticals and C-Scrub antimicrobial cleanser. Cosmos Health also has research and development initiatives including AI-driven drug repurposing and nanotechnology programs.

The guidance assumes continued growth across all core segments and includes expectations for selective acquisitions and business combinations to complement organic growth initiatives.
