Conceptus (CPTS) Cuts FY11 Sales Guidance Below the Street

Conceptus (Nasdaq: CPTS) cuts its FY11 sales from $132-$136 million to $126-$128 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $132.13 million. Sees adj-EBITDA lower than the guidance range given on Oct. 25th.

The company has terminated its credit line and may consider alternatives to refinance some notes.
