Castellum CEO outlines 2025 achievements in shareholder letter

Castellum Inc. (NYSE-American: CTM) released a shareholder letter from Chief Executive Officer Glen Ives highlighting the company's performance in 2025.

The cybersecurity and electronic warfare services company reported several contract wins during the year. Its subsidiary Specialty Systems Inc. received a $66.2 million five-year contract for logistics, engineering and cyber support services with the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. Castellum also won what it described as its largest prime contract, a $103.3 million contract over five and a half years for Special Missions support with the Naval Air Systems Command.

The company and its joint ventures received multiple Missile Defense Agency SHIELD contracts to support national defense objectives. Castellum's mentor protégé joint venture also secured a contract with the Smithsonian Institution for cybersecurity support.

According to the letter, Castellum raised over $25 million through public offerings and warrant exercises and reduced its notes payable to $400,000. The company reported improvements to its balance sheet and cash-to-debt ratio.

Ives announced that General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer Jay Wright, who co-founded the company, will transition from Castellum. Wright remains the company's largest shareholder according to the letter.

For 2026, Castellum plans to focus on organic growth, winning prime contracts, and investing in solutions and products. The company also indicated it will pursue mergers and acquisitions opportunities.
