Carlsmed reports preliminary 2025 revenue of $50.5 million

Carlsmed Inc. (NASDAQ: CARL) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 revenue of approximately $15.2 million, representing a 61% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The medical technology company announced full year 2025 revenue of approximately $50.5 million, an 86% increase over 2024.

The company, which develops AI-enabled personalized spine surgery solutions, added 101 new surgeon users in 2025, representing a 61% increase in its total surgeon user base compared to the prior year.

"Our fourth quarter commercial performance capped a transformational year for Carlsmed and underscores the power of aprevo®," said Mike Cordonnier, Chairman and CEO of Carlsmed. The company recently launched aprevo® cervical, described as a patient-specific cervical solution.

Carlsmed noted that the preliminary revenue results are estimates only and subject to revision until the company reports its full financial results for 2025 in its Annual Report on Form 10-K.

The company stated it anticipates continued growth and adoption of its aprevo® platform technology in 2026. Carlsmed describes itself as pioneering personalized spine surgery solutions with a mission to improve outcomes and decrease healthcare costs for spine surgery.
