Caris Life Sciences reports 94% revenue growth for 2025

Caris Life Sciences (NASDAQ: CAI) reported preliminary full-year 2025 revenue of approximately $800 million, representing a 94% increase compared to 2024, according to unaudited results announced by the precision medicine company.
The Irving, Texas-based company said fourth-quarter revenue reached approximately $281 million, up 116% from the same period in 2024. Molecular profiling services generated $270 million of fourth-quarter revenue, including $81 million in prior period adjustments, while pharma research and development services contributed $11 million.
For the full year, molecular profiling services accounted for $755 million of total revenue, including $33 million in prior year adjustments. Pharma research and development services generated $45 million in annual revenue.
The company completed approximately 199,300 clinical therapy selection cases in 2025, a 22% increase from 2024. This included 170,300 MI Profile cases and 29,000 Caris Assure cases. Fourth-quarter case volume reached 52,700, up 20% year-over-year.
Caris reported cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and marketable securities of approximately $802 million as of December 31, 2025, representing a net increase of $43 million from September 30, 2025.
"2025 was a breakthrough year for Caris as we became a public company and demonstrated the scale and impact of our comprehensive molecular profiling platform," said David D. Halbert, founder, chairman and CEO.
The company noted that these preliminary results are unaudited and subject to change as it completes year-end financial statement preparation. Final results may differ from these estimates, and the company plans to report complete fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results during an earnings call in late February 2026.
