CareDx reports preliminary Q4 revenue growth of 25% year-over-year

CareDx Inc. (NASDAQ: CDNA) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 revenue of approximately $108 million, representing a 25% increase year-over-year, according to a company statement.

The transplant-focused precision medicine company expects full year 2025 revenue of approximately $380 million, up 14% from the prior year. Testing services revenue for the quarter reached approximately $78 million, a 23% year-over-year increase, with testing volume of approximately 53,000 tests representing 17% growth.

Patient and digital solutions revenue grew 47% year-over-year to approximately $17 million in the fourth quarter, while product revenue increased 17% to approximately $13 million. Average revenue per test was approximately $1,470, including approximately $5 million in prior period revenue.

For the full year, testing services revenue totaled approximately $274 million, up 10% year-over-year, with testing volume reaching approximately 200,000 tests, a 14% increase. Patient and digital solutions revenue for the year was approximately $57 million, up 31%, and product revenue reached approximately $48 million, an increase of 19%.

The company reported cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities of approximately $200 million as of December 31, 2025. CareDx repurchased $12 million worth of shares during the fourth quarter, acquiring 773,000 shares at an average price of $15.79 per share. For the full year, the company bought back $88 million in shares, representing 5.8 million shares at an average price of $15.16 per share.
