Capital Southwest reports preliminary Q2 2026 results, schedules earnings call

Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC) released preliminary estimates for its second quarter 2026 fiscal year ended September 30, 2025. The Dallas-based business development company estimated pre-tax net investment income of $0.60 to $0.61 per share and net investment income of $0.56 to $0.57 per share for the quarter.

The company's preliminary net asset value per share as of September 30, 2025 is estimated at $16.60 to $16.64. Non-accruals represented approximately 2.6% of the total investment portfolio at cost and 1.0% at fair value.

Capital Southwest will release finalized second quarter 2026 results on November 3, 2025 after market close. The company has scheduled a conference call and webcast for November 4, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.

The company noted that preliminary estimates are based on current information and management's preliminary determinations. Actual results may differ materially from these estimates following completion of quarter-end closing and review procedures, including fair value determinations of portfolio investments.
