Cable One posts Q2 2026 preliminary results amid financing activity

Cable One, Inc. (NYSE: CABO) disclosed preliminary financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in connection with contemplated financing transactions.

The company expects revenues for the second quarter to range from $346.0 million to $352.0 million, with capital expenditures projected between $72.0 million and $76.0 million. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to decline from the first quarter of 2026 by an amount consistent with the sequential change seen between the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.

On the subscriber front, Cable One expects net residential data subscriber losses of approximately 16,000 to 18,000 for the quarter. Average monthly revenue per residential data unit is projected to be between $80.00 and $81.00.

As of June 30, 2026, the company reported cash and cash equivalents of approximately $166.2 million. Secured term loan and revolver borrowings stood at approximately $2,207.8 million, while unsecured bonds due 2028 and 2030 totaled approximately $847.6 million. Gross debt totaled approximately $3,058.4 million, with net debt of approximately $2,892.2 million.

Cable One also provided an update on its previously announced MBI Term Loan Exchange Offer, which had offered to exchange senior secured term loans held by lenders of Mega Broadband Investments Holdings LLC. The company said it is considering exercising its right not to complete that exchange offer. Instead, upon completing its previously announced acquisition of the remaining equity interests in MBI, the company may leave MBI's senior secured term loans in place without providing new credit support from Cable One, its existing subsidiaries, or their respective assets.
