CRH (NYSE: CRH) announced financial targets for 2026-2030 at its investor day in New York City. The building materials company projects average annual revenue growth between 7% and 9%, including organic and inorganic growth.
The company targets an adjusted EBITDA margin between 22% and 24% by 2030 and average annual adjusted free cash flow conversion above 100%. CRH reaffirmed its 2025 guidance of adjusted EBITDA between $7.5 billion and $7.7 billion.
CEO Jim Mintern stated the company has $40 billion of financial capacity over the next five years. Financial capacity represents anticipated cash and debt financing available after maintenance capital expenditures for growth investments and shareholder returns.
