Brand Engagement Network cuts annual loss to $8.6 million

Brand Engagement Network Inc. (NASDAQ: BNAI) filed its annual report for fiscal year 2025, reporting a net loss of $8.6 million compared to $33.7 million in 2024, according to the company's press release.
The artificial intelligence company reduced its loss from operations to $12.6 million from $36.5 million in the previous year. Total operating expenses decreased to $12.9 million from $36.6 million, with general and administrative expenses declining by approximately $10.3 million.
The company's total liabilities decreased to $11.8 million as of December 31, 2025, from $15.5 million at the end of 2024. Brand Engagement Network raised approximately $7.05 million in equity financing during the reporting period and first quarter of 2026, including $5.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The company established several partnerships during 2025, including an exclusive licensing agreement with Skye Inteligencia LATAM for Latin America and Spain operations. Additional partnerships were formed in healthcare through Skye Salud in Mexico, and collaborations in Africa with Valio Technologies and Nelson Mandela University.
Brand Engagement Network also entered partnerships in hospitality with Seven Visions Resort & Places, insurance with Swiss Life Global Solutions, and media through reseller arrangements with Vybroo and Grupo Siete.
The company's 2024 results included a $13.5 million impairment related to AFG customer acquisition costs, which did not recur in 2025.
"We improved our balance sheet, reduced liabilities, and advanced initiatives across key markets," said Tyler Luck, chief executive officer of Brand Engagement Network.
