Bolt Projects raises fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to $11 million

Bolt Projects Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BSLK) reported preliminary fiscal 2025 results and raised its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance, according to a company statement.

The biomaterials developer expects fiscal 2025 revenue of approximately $4.5 million, representing year-over-year growth of more than 200% compared to fiscal 2024. Fourth quarter 2025 revenue is expected to exceed $2.7 million, approximately 100% growth compared to the same period in 2024.

The company reported gross profit margin for fiscal 2025 is expected to exceed 20%, with fourth quarter 2025 gross profit margin estimated at 38%, up from 16% in the third quarter.

Bolt Projects raised its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to $11.0 million from the previous $9.0 million guidance provided in the third quarter of 2025. This represents approximately 144% growth compared to expected fiscal 2025 revenue. The company also increased its gross profit guidance for fiscal 2026 to $4.0 million from $1.0 million.

The company continues to work on a proposed financing transaction of up to $30.0 million in convertible notes and warrants with Murchinson Ltd. or its affiliates, subject to completion of definitive documents and shareholder approval.

Bolt Projects faces potential delisting from Nasdaq after receiving a delisting notice in August 2025. The company received an extension until December 31, 2025 to regain compliance and intends to request a further extension from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel.

The company develops biomaterials for the beauty and personal care industry through its Vegan Silk Technology Platform, which produces ingredients that have been on the market since 2019.
