Bitcoin Depot Inc. (NASDAQ: BTM) announced preliminary financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, showing revenue of approximately $160 million, an 18% increase from $135.3 million in the same period last year.
The Atlanta-based Bitcoin ATM operator also expects to report approximately 50% growth in adjusted EBITDA compared to the $9.2 million reported in the third quarter of 2024. The company said these results exceeded its guidance for both revenue and adjusted EBITDA.
"Our growth reflects not only the strength of our BTM network and disciplined execution, but also the ongoing consumer adoption of cryptocurrency which led to kiosk performance exceeding expectations," said Brandon Mintz, founder and CEO of Bitcoin Depot.
The company operates over 9,000 kiosk locations as of August 2025 and provides services in 47 states through its Bitcoin ATMs and in 31 states through its BDCheckout product at retail locations.
Bitcoin Depot cautioned that the financial results are preliminary, have not been reviewed or audited, and are based on the company's estimates prepared before completion of the financial statement close process. The company plans to release fully audited third quarter financial results in November.
The preliminary results should not be viewed as a substitute for the company's full quarterly results and do not present all information necessary for understanding Bitcoin Depot's financial performance, according to the company's statement.
