Beyond Meat Inc. (NASDAQ: BYND) reported preliminary third-quarter net revenue of approximately $70 million for the three months ended September 27, 2025, according to unaudited financial results disclosed October 24.

The plant-based meat company's preliminary revenue figure aligns with its previous guidance range of $68 million to $73 million and exceeds the estimated $68.7 million.

Gross margin is expected to range between 10% and 11% for the quarter, including approximately $1.7 million in expenses related to suspending operations in China. Excluding these charges, gross margin would range from 12% to 13%.

Operating expenses are projected between $41 million and $43 million, including about $2 million in charges for non-routine items. These charges cover legal expenses from a contractual dispute with a former co-manufacturer, amortization of retention program expenses, and costs from a partial lease termination at the company's headquarters building. Without these charges, operating expenses would range from $39 million to $41 million.

Beyond Meat expects to record a material non-cash impairment charge related to certain long-lived assets during the quarter. The company's recoverability test indicated that the carrying amount of some assets was not recoverable from projected future cash flows, though the impairment amount cannot yet be quantified.

The financial results are preliminary estimates subject to completion of closing procedures and quarterly review processes. The company's independent auditors have not reviewed these preliminary results.
