Axsome Therapeutics reports preliminary 2025 revenue of $638.5 million

Axsome Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: AXSM) reported preliminary fourth quarter and full year 2025 net product revenue of $196.0 million and $638.5 million, respectively, according to a company statement. The figures represent 65% and 66% annual growth compared to the same periods in 2024.

The biopharmaceutical company's AUVELITY product generated preliminary net sales of $155.1 million in the fourth quarter and $507.1 million for the full year 2025. SUNOSI contributed preliminary net revenue of $36.7 million in the fourth quarter and $124.8 million for the full year.

SYMBRAVO, which launched commercially in June 2025, recorded preliminary net sales of $4.1 million in the fourth quarter and $6.6 million for the full year 2025.

The company stated the preliminary figures are based on currently available unaudited information and reflect estimates for net product revenues. Axsome noted that final financial results will be issued upon completion of closing procedures and may vary from these preliminary estimates.

Axsome develops treatments for central nervous system conditions, with FDA-approved products for major depressive disorder, excessive daytime sleepiness associated with narcolepsy and obstructive sleep apnea, and migraine.
