AudioEye reports preliminary Q4 2025 revenue of $10.5 million

AudioEye Inc. (NASDAQ: AEYE) announced preliminary fourth quarter 2025 financial results, reporting expected revenue of approximately $10.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of $2.75 million.
The digital accessibility company expects annual recurring revenue (ARR) to reach between $39.9 million and $40.0 million as of December 31, 2025, compared to $38.7 million as of September 30, 2025. The preliminary adjusted EBITDA represents a 26% margin for the quarter.
"We are pleased to expect to report our fortieth consecutive period of record revenue with ARR growth driven by strong results in the European Union," said David Moradi, CEO of AudioEye.
The company noted that these preliminary results are subject to completion of customary year-end closing, review and audit procedures. Final results could vary significantly from these preliminary estimates.
AudioEye management will present at the 28th Annual Needham Growth Conference this week, with in-person meetings scheduled for January 13 and virtual meetings on January 15 at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel in New York.
The company provides digital accessibility solutions combining AI automation technology with expert fixes, serving over 131,000 customers including Samsung, Calvin Klein, and Samsonite. AudioEye holds 25 US patents for its accessibility technology platform.
