Arcutis reports 122% quarterly revenue growth for ZORYVE

Arcutis Biotherapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: ARQT) reported third quarter 2025 net product revenue of $99.2 million for its dermatology treatment ZORYVE, representing a 122% increase compared to the same period in 2024 and a 22% increase from the second quarter of 2025.

The Westlake Village, California-based biopharmaceutical company received FDA approval in October for ZORYVE cream 0.05% to treat atopic dermatitis in children ages 2 to 5 years. The company plans to launch this pediatric indication by the end of October.

ZORYVE is a phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitor available in cream and foam formulations, approved for treating plaque psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and seborrheic dermatitis. Third quarter revenues included $30.5 million from ZORYVE cream 0.3%, $18.9 million from ZORYVE cream 0.15%, and $49.8 million from ZORYVE topical foam 0.3%.

The company reported net income of $7.4 million, or $0.06 per share, for the third quarter, compared to a net loss of $41.5 million, or $0.33 per share, in the same period last year. Research and development expenses remained flat at $19.6 million, while selling, general and administrative expenses increased to $62.4 million from $58.8 million year-over-year.

Arcutis provided initial 2026 full-year net product sales guidance of $455 million to $470 million. The company has begun enrolling patients in Phase 2 studies evaluating ZORYVE foam for vitiligo and hidradenitis suppurativa treatments.

Cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash, and marketable securities totaled $191.4 million as of September 30, 2025, down from $228.6 million at the end of 2024.
